  Home genius did my roof about a year ago, and they just completed my siding project. The crew was amazing, the project manager communicated well, and it looks like i got a brand new house. Can't recommend them enough!

  If you’re looking for a company that communicates well and genuinely cares about the customer, our family has had a great experience with Home Genius. This is actually the second time we’ve hired them. They previously replaced the roof on our garage and installed new gutters, and we were happy enough with that experience to call them back for our home’s siding, which is the first time we’ve ever had the siding replaced. From the beginning, Mike made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel manageable. This was a major investment for my mom, and he took the time to answer every question, explain all of our options, and make sure we understood everything before moving forward. We never felt pressured, only informed. Sarah was wonderful to work with as well. My mom is older, so scheduling and phone calls sometimes took a little extra patience. Sarah was always kind, accommodating, and never made us feel rushed. She made the coordination process much easier. Before the project even began, Josh and Chris stayed in close contact with me by text because we were trying to work around Delaware’s hurricane season and unpredictable weather. I was sometimes messaging them at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning, trying to stay ahead of incoming storms, and they were consistently responsive, reassuring, and professional. At no point did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Once the project started, Josh has been exceptional. He has been on site every day, has communicated with me every day, and has always taken the time to answer questions and explain what was happening. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely easy to talk to. You never feel like you can’t ask a question or raise a concern. Having that level of communication throughout a project this size makes a huge difference. The new siding looks fantastic. It has completely updated the appearance of our home, and the installation has been done with care and attention to detail. There are still a few finishing touches being completed, but we’ve been very happy with the quality of the work throughout the project. Everyone we’ve worked with at Home Genius has treated us with respect, kindness, and professionalism. It’s clear that communication and customer service are priorities for them, and that gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Based on our experiences, both with our roof and gutters and now with our siding, we would absolutely recommend Home Genius to anyone looking for quality work and a team that stands behind what they do.
