  Great experience all around. I was on a very tight deadline and within an hour of contacting them, Brian came out and evaluated my water and got an install for a filtration system scheduled for the very next day. The technicians Brendan and Nick came out that next afternoon and had everything installed within a few hours. Upon the final inspection, Brendan noticed that one of the seals was faulty and swapped it out with a working one and gave it a final look over and the problem was fixed. It brought my Nitrate level from 16.2 down to 0.4. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for water filtration systems.

  John was very informative and we appreciated that there was no high pressure sales! Just information that allowed us to make the best decision to meet our needs for a water conditioner and reverse osmosis system.

  I literally cannot understand how they have 5 starts, it blows my mind. I was interested in RO in my kitchen sink and refridgerator and said possibley a water softener and carbon filter for the whole house. The consultant was fast, had significant body odor - I am not trying to be rude, it was just distracting and over-powering. He did not share the results of the water testing with us. He was friendly and I am guessing felt that because I had a consultation before with another company and was interested in the system, that he didn't need to explain much. He told me I could get RO to my kitchen sink and fridge routed from the basement without cutting into my finished floors or ceiling. The install appt was supposed to be at noon, at 12:46 I called asking about them coming. I was told the tech was leaving Dover and should be on his way. I asked for an ETA, as I was told I work from home and scheduled a meeting for 2pm cause the salesman told me it would be done by then. He said he would call the tech and let me know. Turns out he was still 45 mins away. He arrived 90 mins after the scheduled appt time and told me there was no way to get my RO routed to my fridge without tearing through my finished basement ceiling. He also didn't know if he was supposed to put in a separate RO faucet or use ours. He said there was no order to drill into my countertops. I told him I am very overwhelemed and confused and the massive lack of communication between sales consultant and install technician and am now 15 mins away from a work meeting and need to cancel the install and get more information. I called to speak with Mark, who told me they can do RO to my fridge without cutting up my finished ceiling, but they can't do both the fridge and the sink. No one at this company seems to have the same set of knowledge or information. I told him I do not feel comfortable moving forward with them as I have severe lack of trust in their competence and there are obvious communication issues. At least I am saving a ton of money.

  Very good meeting with John he went through several options and showed me several ways the water is failing. All can be taken care of. We are a good part water after all. Excellent service 👍👍
