We had some real water issues. John Michalik came to our home the day after we called. He tested the water and made recommendations to us. We had a new system installed the following week. All I can say is the system is unbelievable. The water is like spring water now. No smells or Iron color. We cannot believe how great the water is. Its like a new home to us. Nick and Ryan did the install. They explained everything to me and did an exceptional installation. No mess at all. This was a big job and they made it look easy. If you have water issues this is the place to go! Thanks, Joe and Sara S.

Joe was very informative and answered all of our questions and concerns. He laid out a number of options and recommendations. Made the decision to upgrade current products easy providing facts and observations…. Very personable which certainly was a positive in making the decision to upgrade…. Canceled other vendors visits….

Two separate no-call, no-show appointments for their initial assessment and potential treatment installation. Terrible experience with Delmarva Water Solutions and their new partner Carrol Water. I had a great experience with them 5 years ago but it seems like their new partnership and call takers have hurt their reputation. 0/10 review.

Joe Sanford arrived promptly and asked me what my concerns were and then he proceeded to explain how Delmarva Water Solutions would be able to assist me in achieving my goals. The water in Milton, DE is so hard that it leaves white spots on my glass shower doors and tiles. If the water is leaving remnants on the bathroom surfaces my concerns are ‘what is it leaving on my skin’? Coupled with those concerns was the ingestion of water that is not properly filtered. I spend an inordinate amount of money on bottled water and I do, on occasion, cook. I therefore felt it was imperative to reevaluate the impact the water entering my home and body was having on my well being. After his presentation, which focused on data and factual information, and was not pressuring in any way, I felt completely comfortable purchasing the Delmarva Whole House water system and the filtered water add on for consumption.
