  Sean Garrett came out promptly, and was informative and genuine with his evaluation. He did not try to upsell or scare us into what we needed to do have done. This is what we look for when having services done to our units. Someone we can trust.

  I called about a water leak issue. The AI system picked up the call I requested to talk to live agent after 3 calls someone picked up. I asked for a quote for inspection and diagnostic and was told repeatedly it would be $60 for them to figure out the issue. Once the technician arrived we showed him the stain and they stated “yeah that stain is the leak” which we knew. I informed them if it was coming from one of the 2 bathrooms they didn’t check anything and stated they would have to rip open my wall just to check and were like the cost is from $250 all the way up to thousands. If you are going to charge $60 for technician to show up and do nothing at least state that when you ask a simple question with the AI or live agent on the call rather then scamming the customers. Ended up going with more professional Plummer who knew what they were talking about for less than what this people claimed would cost.

  Sean came out and analyzed what we needed to do, talked me through each step, what the base pricing would look like and possible additional that could arise if the problem is found in a different location. Great experience so far.

  My service repair man was Trey...He arrived much earlier than I expected which is wonderful! The job entailed removing the garbage disposal and replacing with a pipe plus any other parts necessary..also checked and fixed another area. To make sure there was no leaks, he ran the faucets for a bit to include the dishwasher. Trey was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of me/property and worked diligently. I think he is such an asset to your company... *On another note, the picture of him with your company should match who worked on my sink, and I'm not sure it looks like him at all.. perhaps an updated picture would be helpful.. Thank you and I'd definitely use your company again ☺️. Corinne V

  I highly recommend Grayson from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Very professional, polite, custome-service oriented, knowledgeable and honest. I was afraid I might need to replace a toilet, but it turned out to be a much simpler - and less expensive - fix. Grayson explained the work and fixed it efficiently and cleanly. He confirmed with me that the toilet was working well. As a result of his professionalism, I asked for estimates on another plumbing job I need completed in the future.
