  Had walk in shower installed almost 3 wks ago.Shower doors were not installed correctly. They came out and made it worse. Outside door was not level.Easily seen as towel bar not level.Field Mgr adjusted and door dropped n hit track.Then dragging.Inside door is not level as more space at bottom middle and tighter wall end. Was told bcuz of slanted base.Excuse. Also told was my walls.Walls should have been squared out bfor if that was case. Now being ghosted by Field n Area Mgrs from Renuity to get expert door tech to get it right. Kohler is best shower with premium price.I was given a discount for all the delays, but my doors remain out of plumb and Renuity has not fixed the problem. Or the inside door was not cut correctly. My outside door came with holes not fully cut so Mgr had bring new door.I intend to go to Corporate Renuity and Kohler and BBB. Could have bought a used car for price I paid. This is not the premium shower I paid for.

  I purchased a new front door & 12 matte black exterior windows. I’m happy I chose Renuity! The door and windows look great and the installation was timely & efficient. I’d recommend Renuity to anyone looking for quality windows and doors!

  Excellent work! Communication was great during install. My opinion on things was important to the installers which I appreciated greatly! With a job that is one and done, you want it done right. Thank you guys for your A++ service!!!
