Bruce took my call and was very kind in arranging for me to drop by on short notice and talk to one of the tech guys in the workshop. The young tech, named Matt, was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and helped me understand the workings of the heater. With his help and guidance I have been able to get it running. Awesome operation!
