- BMBrian MartinezJul 15, 20265.0I showed up this morning when they opened without an appointment needing my APU fixed. They were down 2 techs and told me it could be all day before they could get to me. So I signed in and waited. They got me in within a few hours and took care of me. I so appreciate all they did on a work in. Great staff and great technicians. Matt was hands on telling me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Oh and it was Matt W. Apparently there are 2 Matt’s here. Big thumbs up.

- DIDanny IvesFeb 29, 20245.0My company had a Thermo King unit installed back in December at this location. When I arrived to pick up the truck they assigned a mechanic named Matt to help teach me how to use the new unit, and what to do if it's not working correctly. All of this was extremely helpful. Before I left Matt told me to contact him personally if i had any issues at all, and gave me his cell number. Fast forward to last night, it was 2 degrees here in Colorado and the Thermo King wasn't working. It was 11pm at night and I figured I should take Matt up on his offer for help, so I texted him. I didn't think he'd respond, I'll be honest. Within 3 mins, my phone rang and it was Matt, who I clearly woke up. He told me he was glad I reached out to him and that he was more than happy to walk me through the situation and get it fixed. And that's exactly what he did. He had me FaceTime him and he walked me through how to check the different wires, and test certain things. We figured it out and got the heat working again (Thank god). How many people would do that for their customers? Seriously man, I can't think of many, if any, that would go above and beyond like this guy Matt did for me. He even took the time to text me the following morning just to double check i was alright and that the unit was working as it should. I attached the screenshot pic to this review. Thank you Thermo King Windsor Locks and Matt the Mechanic. You guys prove that the world still has some good people left in it.
