We had an amazing experience with Tuff Shed from start to finish. The quality of the shed is excellent, and the purchase process was incredibly easy, and straightforward. Carson Viner was fantastic to work with - thorough, knowledgeable, and always easy to communicate with. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The on-site construction crew was also outstanding. They were extremely efficient, professional, and did a great job putting everything together. Overall the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Great product, great people, and great service. We highly recommend Tuff Shed in Hartford.

I’m amazed at the quality of their sheds !!! The entire purchasing process and onsite construction was pretty amazing too. Carsyn Viner the “Sales and Design Consultant” was very thorough and a pleasure to work with !!! She stayed in constant communication relating to any changes in design or an updates. Another shout out to the onsite construction crew led by Nick M. And his workmate. They explained everything in full detail as they were assembling the shed and even returned a few hours after assembly to correct a minor issue !!! A+++++++++

The sales person Carsyn at my local Tuff Shed location made the buying process seamless. I had numerous questions on purchasing my first shed and explained my needs and expectations including a budget I wanted to stick to. Carson's communications skills were excellent and recommendations on enhancements that would fit all my needs. Follow up calls were answered promptly and satisfying.

I’ve been looking to replace my old shed for a few years. After discovering Tuff Shed I was impressed! I loved everything about it! The construction, the sturdiness, the hardware and the fact that they could match the color of my house. The salesperson Nikita was great! He was helpful and professional in explaining all the details from construction to delivery. The delivery crew arrived during the time that was scheduled and went right to work. Ad and his crew were amazing! They were done with the construction of the shed and all materials picked up and finished in less than 3 hours! What an operation!! I would recommend them to anyone!
