Westbrook Floor Covering is a Mohawk Color Center located on Route 1 / Boston Post Rd. just outside the center of Westbrook, Ct. Our four showrooms and the Westbrook Room Designer Center overlook Historic Route 1. Our facility is set in a two story circa 1802 Federal Building. We are a gallery of color and style displayed in a warm and friendly home environment.

The installer had to deal with curved landings and stairs that were slightly out of plumb (the house dates to 1908). He pulled it off! The project was completed on-time and on-budget (as quoted). Westbrook Flooring is also a local family-run business - always our preference when doing work on our house. We highly recommend them!

When we hadn't received a call back four days later, my wife called them. They said they would call back in 10 minutes. Two hours later she called again, and they very rudely answered the phone with no hello, just "We still haven't gotten the price yet, we will call you back!" Two days later still no call. Clearly they did not want our business and do not understand customer service.
