  Kaoud Rugs did a fabulous job not only in cleaning my 100 year old oriental rug, but also in repairing and replacing the edge binding.

  The installation was tricky ...a 100 year old house and a staircase with 3 pie shaped steps creating a 90 degree turn (but not exactly 90 degrees...old house.) Mr. Wilbur was like a surgeon. I was impressed that he apparently is the general manager of your stores and still does installations.

  We just purchased several rugs from Kaoud. Maurice and Dave worked with us to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. They sourced the rugs and had them custom cut for us. We are very happy and would recommend them to our friends and family. We have purchased all of the rugs in our home from them, and are happy with them all.
