  Kaoud Rugs cleaned 3 oriental rugs recently. They did an excellent job: two 8x10, and one much larger. One 8x10 needed repair, which was done to our satisfaction. This is the second time that we've used their service. The delivery people were very efficient. H & J Szabo

  Although we had visited three oriental rug stores near to us, we found nothing that matched what we were looking for in terms of color and pattern – and the owners of those other stores were giving us a bit of a hard sell, not really paying attention to what we were asking. Kaoud was a bit far of a drive for us, but we’re so very, very glad that we made that drive! Their selection is much bigger than what we had seen in those other stores, bigger than we even imagined. Their helpful and friendly staff listened carefully to our needs and found exactly what we were looking for. No hard sell. A good price. We’re over the moon with our purchase!

  I had a complicated situation where my rugs required cleaning and storage longer than expected and they were so understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Kaoud Rugs for their superior customer service.

  Kaoud Brothers Saved the Day! We had purchased a beautiful and large, vintage Persian Sarouk carpet from Kaoud’s about 20 years ago. Unfortunately we recently discovered a major problem with moth infestation that basically destroyed part of the rug. We contacted Kaoud’s and they jumped into action. They went over in detail our options for repair and replacement. Maurice came to our home and personally surveyed the situation.We opted for a replacement carpet for several reasons, and the staff at Kaoud’s (Christina and Maurice) immediately researched and found exactly what our very unusual, artistic room needed. This was no small achievement because of the size of the room and our color preferences. Kaoud’s offered to take our older, moth-eaten carpet in trade, and gave us a very good price on the replacement pieces. Their installation staff came out twice to make sure everything was perfect and that we were entirely satisfied. They were accommodating, helpful and kind. In addition Kaoud’s washed and rejuvenated another smaller designer carpet at no cost. In all, Kaoud’s helped transform a nightmare into a dream. Their customer service is exceptional and their efficient, courteous and professional staff made for an extremely positive experience for which we are most grateful.
