  Robert is an EXCELLENT representative of your company!! He came to inspect the roof of our enclosed porch to identify the cause of our leak. He was very respectful AND through! He found the problem to be the mistake the company who originally installed our roof made. He quickly fixed ithe improperly installed nails, sealed the loose tiles, then tightened the screws on our gutters. He even removed the branches that were rubbing on one of the tiles. He went over and above and did it with a very pleasant attitude!!! The charge-$0! How refreshing and RARE to find a company these days that is all about customer service!!! Will be recommending Manny’s to all looking for an honest, customer oriented roofer! Kudos to Manny and Robert!!!!

  Called Manny Roofing after we noticed some storm damage and shingles missing from the ridge line. Manny came out the next day! Went up on our roof to assess the damage and ended up having some extra shingles and put them on at no charge!! He was very nice and I could tell he knew his business. We are getting a quote for some other work and I will definitely be using Manny Roofing!

I found these guys online and read good reviews on the company and how employees treated the customers so I decided to give them an opportunity and to tell you the truth Robert met my expectations and will for sure recommend them them to anyone. Also very fluent in English and Spanish.

  We had a great experience with our roof replacement! From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. David was amazing to work with—he was always available to answer all of our questions and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly. We always knew what to expect, which made the whole experience stress-free. The team did a great job, and we’re very happy with the quality of the work and our new roof.   I am so impressed with this company. Last year, as soon as we learned that our roof had to be replaced due to age and recent harsh storm damage, Michael Khan representative of Manny Construction and Roofing, not only presented himself in a friendly and professional manner, he guided us through the entire process: filing the insurance claim and choosing the best materials to provide strong, long lasting life of the roof. To date, our roof has proven to be very strong especially during this summer’s severe thunderstorms. Recently, due to a thunderstorm, we noticed the connection of the gutter became detached. One phone call to Michael, and he came right over to inspect, repair, and reattach the gutter. Next year we plan to install brand new gutters. We definitely will do it with Manny Construction and Roofing. I cannot recommend Michael and Manny Construction and Roofing enough. My mother and I are truly grateful.
