  Great customer service and accommodating . The cost for heating system maintenance was affordable and I was charged exactly what they said it was going to be. They didn’t try to run up my bill with unnecessary add ons. The whole experience was smooth from the start when I booked my appt with Jennifer to when job was performed. Frank answered all my questions and oriented me about emergency shut off and few other things. He even left my boiler clean and shiny 😃. Everything was left in order and clean. Im a satisfied customer and recommend them.

  We had such a great experience with American Heating & Air-Conditioning Service! Ron and his team did all of the heating and air conditioning for our new addition, and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond for us. At one point, we were desperate to get the AC up and running with a 2 year old and 5 month old at home during a heat wave and Ron actually rearranged his entire schedule to come out and get it done for us. They were also so accommodating throughout the entire project, working their schedule around our electrician and plumber whenever needed. Ron communicated so well with everyone involved and made sure everything came together seamlessly. With so many different moving parts during a renovation, having someone who communicates and coordinates that well made such a difference! Ron and his team are reliable, professional, easy to work with, and genuinely care about their customers. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did and would absolutely recommend American Heating & Air-Conditioning Service to anyone looking for a great HVAC company. Thanks again, Ron and team, for absolutely everything! You guys are the best!
