- BBBethelizaSep 24, 20265.0I’ve been using Chris for mechanical repairs over 4 yrs now, beginning with an oil furnace. Chris’ est and work was a 1/3 of the big name local service in Essex. My heat was stuck on unbearable high, and I had to use the emergency shut off valve. Chris expertly cleaned the system, replaced only what needed to be replaced. And , I had control of the heat . He later, in a subsequent visit, when I was lugging my A/c into place recommended a mini split. A place where 1 zone would work at a fraction of the price. I mistakenly left a message with a wrong Chris.. and wrote a bad review , which since, Chris and I have been in touch and he is a real sweetheart, willing to help me after the fact.. happy to count on him again. Thank You so much Chris. Bring Mya🐾
- DDDringBRMay 31, 20265.0My HVAC system had stopped working. Chris came and quickly diagnosed the problem as being the blower motor. Within 2 days he had obtained a Vevor non-variable speed blower and installed it within one hour for a very reasonable price. I also learned that the non-variable speed blowers are more durable, have a longer warranty and cost less to install. I would recommend this contractor.
- APAshley PowersJan 29, 20265.0Chris is amazing. My furnace wasn't running two days in a row on the coldest days. I called Chris he came right out. He is efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you Chris for everything . I highly recommend him great man.
- TBToni BrothersMay 15, 20255.0Recommend Scotti Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!!! Chris runs a great business . He serviced our furnace during the winter months and it has never run so well. We recently had our central air conditioning serviced and he went above and beyond to address an issue that arose in a professional and efficient manner. He and his staff took pride in their work and work surrounding area and even fixed an area of landscaping near our condenser where they were working!! Highly recommend Scotti Mechanical.
- JCJoe CampanoAug 4, 20245.0I have NO IDEA how "anyone" can rate Chris and his company low??? Example, and I need say no more. Called Chris on a SUNDAY and he came from Waterford to Clinton to repair my AC unit that he installed in the fall of 2023. He was there for 20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit with NO CHARGE because he stand behind his craftsmanship and the products he sells! A very rare breed in HVAC and I am very pleased I selected him! Ignore the very few low star reviews..There are two sides to every story!
