  I have always used this store to do floors for my business. After being lied to and disrespected multiple times, I'm turning to google. I was sold way too much material for my job even though their subcontractor personally came out and measured the space. I was left with a crazy amount of product to return and I can't lift heavy so I sent one of my workers to return the items. I told the staff and he told the staff the credit card we used to buy it WAS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. My debit cards keep getting hacked, which is another issue, but I am positive they knew this and just didn't care/ignored me/didn't listen to anything that was said. I know this because I was on the phone with my worker and he asked me the address to send the check which I gave them and they promised they would send a check instead of charging the card. Guess what they did? They charged back my debit card WHICH DOES NOT EXIST at this point. So when the check doesn't come in, I call the store back and talk to Rob, I have always dealt with Rob for my 6 years in business. He should know who I am by now, I know all of my customers let alone people who have been coming in that long. He tells me the billing company they use needs to charge back the amount and wait for it to come back to them and then they can issue me a check. I agree, no problem, I've been very calm and understanding through this entire process. I call today again and talk to Rob. It's been well over 4 months at this point and I am still very calm, I ask him where my refund is and what's going on. He has to pull up my account to remember who I am yet again and claims he never told me any of this and that it was my responsibility to secure the refund from my bank. This company is unprofessional and they do not care about their customers. I will never ever be back and I will recommend my own customers they go anywhere else if they don't want to be treated this way.
