  Not happy with my service. The technician was kind, but i am charged $400 for absolutely nothing. I wanted water filters changed on my sump pump, which is very new to me, and we were unable to find a water shut off. Ultimately that’s fine and I’ll get a plumber to help me with that, But I really thought the service would be able to do that. The main project I need help with is getting ventilation from my bathroom to outside the house. It’s been a week since the visit and I’ve had no clue about getting the next part of the service done. On top of that, the technician was taken out his vape as I was actively talking to him and trying to discreetly take hits. I thought that was very unprofessional and it makes me not want to proceed with this company if I ever do receive a quote for next steps. This was such a waste of time and money, I’m just going to pay my bill and move on from you

  I was very impressed w/ the professionalism, knowledge & versatility of Jeremy's abilities as a lead handyman. The installation & follow through of several replacements & repairs was detailed & polished. It was evident that his relationship with Nathan, who was almost finished with his apprenticeship, had an excellent relationship under the guidance of Jeremy. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend these two individuals to other clients.

  Came the same day called. Tech called and said he could be here an earlier which was great. Came in and did the job I knew I couldn’t do. The experience was good enough that I showed him another job which will be quoted on in the future.
