- BGBruce GresczykJul 18, 20251.0I give a one star review because of their crazy pricing for road service. We had them come out to do a service call on one of our pallet jacks. The technician was only on our premises for about 15 minutes, it took him longer to write it up than he spent diagnosing the problem. The technician himself was good and honest in his assessment, but he made no repair. We received a bill around $620 for this “service”. I wonder what it would’ve cost if there was something that he could have fixed. I probably could’ve bought a fleet of pallet jacks for that price. As a as an example of their crazy pricing: The only consumable thing he used was a pair latex mechanics gloves, this resulted in a “consumables charge” on the bill of $38.40. Those are some pricey gloves! With these hospital level prices, it’s a wonder that this place even exists. We most likely will never use them again nor even consider purchasing any equipment from them.
