- MKM KJun 3, 20261.0Small Business owners beware , was charged for estimate for a motor repair , and got a bill for estimate of a whole new system . They took it upon themselves to access the whole system than charged me for that estimate and never repaired the existing air unit problem . On top of that never returned phone calls for an explanation . I had two other techs come out after no response from CLIMATECH .1st one knew what the issue was over phone but was unable to make time to do repair . Second tech on roof 15 min . Ordered part , installed two days later for 1/2 the price of the estimate and no repair that CLIMATECH charged me . Take your business somewhere else . Horrible customer service and abuse to small business owners.

(technician) and Joey (supervisor) came to the house and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Since then the HVAC has worked very efficiently, quieter and most important my electric bill has significantly gone down!!! Joey O. is not only a very knowledgeable technician but also a very respectful person who understands the importance of being inside someone's home, I kindly thank you for being so courteous. Special mention to Dianne for her great customer service over the phone. Great work Climatech for being so professional, for standing by your word and estimate. I strongly recommend your services.
