  We had a great experience with Schneider's flooring America. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with picking out new floors. The installation crew was on time, quick, and efficient. They definitely knew what they were doing and the final product was more than what we could have hoped for. Highly recommend this team!

  Went to write a review on Schneider's website and give less than 5 stars and my review was rejected. (Looks like all the reviews are 5 stars I didn't look at every review just the first few pages.) I wasn't going to give 1 star, but now I am. Very unprofessional with huge lack of communication. Someone came up to the house to give an initial estimate. Once that was done I reached to out after a couple weeks of working with the insurance company. Receptionist told me that the estimator would get back to me on Monday. Hadn't heard anything in a week or two until I received an email from him saying they can start the work in 3 weeks. Emailed him 2 days before the date to find out what time they were coming. I was told between 8-9 am. The subcontractor called and said they were on their way but had trouble finding the house. Come to find out that Schneider's gave them the correct street address, but incorrect town. When they finally showed I asked both the workers there and the subcontractor on the phone to notify me when they were done for the day. This did not happen. They also failed to inform me what time they were coming on the second day. I assumed it was the same time as the first day. I tried to reach out several times to find out what was going on and no answer. I finally left for work a couple hours late and received a call telling me they would be there in the afternoon. I asked to be notified of when they are on their way so I can head to my house to let them in. They called me saying they were waiting at my house. I also asked to be notified again when they were done and what time they were coming on the third day. They told me 9am for the third day which was a Saturday. They did not notify me again when they left for the day on the second day. They also didn't show up until 10:30am on Saturday to finish the work. After I was able to walk on the floors. I noticed that they must not have covered the lower cabinets because there was saw dust all over everything inside and out. I had to spend a couple hours cleaning dishes and cabinets. When I went to reinstall my dishwasher I found that a part of the cabinet was broken. It was not broken off, but it was wacked out of place. No one told me that they damaged the cabinet. Again, super unprofessional with little communication. My requests to be notified when people are coming and going so I can plan my day accordingly is not unreasonable. Customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, they don't know proper customer service. It's too bad the floors look nice, but I won't use or recommend them.

  Very knowledgeable about the different flooring options and helpful to take the time to help us choose the right flooring for our life style. Nice to be able to do one stop shopping for more than just flooring. Beautiful showroom. From showroom to install all the staff was great to work with. Thanks again to all at Schneider's for a great job.

  We worked with Eric Hartung from Schneider's Flooring America to re-do all of the 2nd floor flooring in our house. We had an amazing experience and the flooring is beautiful! It can be really overwhelming picking the right flooring as there are so many different styles/colors and it can be difficult to visualize them all in your own home. Eric was extremely helpful and used his designer background to help us pick the style/color that would best fit our space. He made a stressful process really fun and was right on the money with his selection! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Schneider's Flooring.
