- RSRobert SchroderJun 24, 20265.0I had a Generac generator installed last fall. The electrical part was done by C&T Electric and the gas hookup was done by Gottier Plumbing and Heating. The area where the generator was going was covered by small stones with landscape fabric underneath. C&T was first to do any work and they used a tarp when there was any digging involved. When Gottier did the gas hookup, they just piled the dirt on top of the stones. When I mentioned it to one of the workers, he said not to worry because the rain would wash it off --- well, it didn't. Now I have dirt and weeds wherever they piled the dirt. The Gottier website says they guarantee 100% satisfaction, so how do we make that happen? I received a call from Todd at Gottier shortly after I posted this and he came out to look at what I was talking about. I showed him and he said he will have it taken care of next week. Once that happens, I’ll bump this review up to 5 stars.

Everything was up front. The work he did was neat and clean. Very professional. I highly recommend Mateo and Gottier plumbing.
