I have been using Water Systems Specialists for many years. They are always prompt, neat and professional. They always look over all of my equipment during the annual service and proactively fix any problems they see. I am completely confident in all of their work and will continue to have them as my water professionals. Jim Agostine

I got a few quotes when I first moved to my Torrington house from a few different water system companies. A couple came out to look and one didn't. Obviously I didn't go with the company that didn't even come out to look. While Water System Specialties was not the cheapest (by only a couple hundred), I chose them because when they came to the house they searched and uncovered my well and thoroughly explained what I needed. They were very helpful, responsive and respectful. The other 2 companies did not hold a candle to these guys. I've had them back to service the softener and their tech couldn't have been nicer or more respectful. I will be calling them again for my new house in a few weeks! I 1000% recommend!

Gene was very helpful regarding our whole water system. His prices were less expensive that 2 other quotes I got and the services were great. My realtor recommended this company for me to use..

Water Systems always does their job, in fact there is minimal need to have interaction. They show up on a quarterly basis, take the water samples, have them tested and send reports. They did install VFH pumps and decommission a water tank for us in 2022 when R.D. LeMay was the owner - did an excellent job.

Frequently Asked Questions About Water Systems Specialties, an RWA Well Services Company

How do I know if I need a new well pump?

Several indicators suggest the need for a new well pump, including: absence of water or reduced water pressure, air bubbles in your faucets, continuous pump operation, increased electricity costs, and water that appears dirty or discolored. To confirm if a replacement is necessary, we recommend scheduling a professional inspection.

What types of well pumps are available?

We offer various types of well pumps to suit different needs. Submersible pumps are installed deep within the well and are ideal for deeper wells. Jet pumps are mounted above ground and are suitable for shallow or moderately deep wells. Constant pressure systems provide consistent water pressure similar to municipal water supplies. Our experts will assist you in selecting the most appropriate option based on your well depth and water requirements.
