Water Systems Specialties was highly recommended to me, and likewise, I highly recommend them. They recently replaced our well tank and pump. Eric, his team, and the office provided fantastic service and work. They were professional and thorough, and Eric provided great communication throughout the process. Water Systems Specialties exceeded our expectations, and we were really pleased with the work and commitment to quality.

As President of a very small public utility CWS, of two wells servicing under 30 customers, we have always had Water Systems Specialties (WSS) by our side as our certified water service company for many years. The inside staff, supported by Paula and Melissa, are the most competent, courteous, responsive and considerate inside staff that you will ever encounter. Eric, his son and the whole technical field team are licensed, very skilled and knowledgeable Field Operators. They always respond very quickly, when we have a problem, as well as providing analysis, problem solving and quotes for installing, servicing or repairing our wells. Any water company, large our small, would be very fortunate to have WSS as their Certified Operator.

Frequently Asked Questions About Water Systems Specialties, an RWA Well Services Company

How do I know if I need a new well pump?

Several indicators suggest the need for a new well pump, including: absence of water or reduced water pressure, air bubbles in your faucets, continuous pump operation, increased electricity costs, and water that appears dirty or discolored. To confirm if a replacement is necessary, we recommend scheduling a professional inspection.

What types of well pumps are available?

We offer various types of well pumps to suit different needs. Submersible pumps are installed deep within the well and are ideal for deeper wells. Jet pumps are mounted above ground and are suitable for shallow or moderately deep wells. Constant pressure systems provide consistent water pressure similar to municipal water supplies. Our experts will assist you in selecting the most appropriate option based on your well depth and water requirements.
