  Tim was very professional and fixed my unit right away. I was disgruntled because I had to wait a week for someone to look at my 1 yr old unit and called and asked 4 different times for Rick the owner to call me but never did.

  Hands down one of, if not the, BEST company I have ever dealt with. From start to finish of a challanging AC/heat pump installation, Rick and his install team (Jayden, Alex, and Tim) as well as his office team were top notch in terms of professionalism, responsiveness (answering multiple emailed questions and phone messages almost instantaneously!), knowledge and everything else involved in this job! Five stars does not adequately describe how pleased I am with the job that was done!! Will happily recommend this great company to others! Thank you!
