The work happened fast and with no fuss. Even the cleanup at the end of the work day was thorough. The owner came out and gave us a free quote. The price was very reasonable. Also they have good financing options which was important to us.

And this year the winter storm just blew off some siding on our house and our insurance could have covered it, but we reached out to NE Home Improvement and they came out and fixed it free of charge which they didn't have to do.
