  Chad from Tyler Heating and Air was a great technician. Very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. The office let me know that he was running behind and he apologized for the delay when he arrived.

  Patrick was prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. On the return visit to repair the issue Patrick was prompt and professional, respectful of property and informed us of every step. I would recommend Patrick and Tyler Air for any HVAC issues.

  Yesterday, I had a very good meeting with heating technician Sam Nieves to discuss boiler system options for my home. He was very courteous throughout the visit. He was very attentive to what I was seeking in the way of a system, as he fielded my questions and concerns very knowledgeably and professionally. He explained my product options and set-ups recommended for my home. I found Sam very forthcoming and helpful with all the information he shared. Thank you Sam.

  We had a great experience from start to finish. I found the company online, booked an appointment and everything unfolded smoothly. They were professional, on time and reliable. Patrick, our technician was knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease. He quickly narrowed down the possible issue, explain what he needed to check, and within minutes had the problem diagnosed. Thankfully, it was repair eather than a replacement! Professional, straightforward and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

  Disappointed with their service, we had called them as our air conditioning system was not working and there was water leakage which affected all the things that was kept near to the air conditioner . We contacted Tyler heating service and paid a large amount in full to fix . We was told that damper needs to be replaced and they did install new one But after that also water was leaking , we contacted them again and same technician came. He clearly told that there is no problem, if that is the case why water leakage s not stopped ? My basement is mess now . Not happy with their service after paying this huge amount to get the work done . I have to contact some on else now , pay again .
