  My husband and I came back from vacation to an A/C unit that was not working. We called and spoke with Cinda Mort, who was just amazing - patient and knowledgeable - and helped us to restart our system so that we had A/C right away without having to wait another day for a service call. She's amazing and certainly makes me want to stay being a Tyler customer!

  Pat was excellent! Not only did he know his trade, he showed me how to control the thermostat, explained when to change the filters, and corrected a vent that was opened and should have been closed. All that, and he was friendly and had a good sense of humor. I hope he will be my forever serviceman!

  Updated: I have used Tyler HVAC for years and most recently today. My experiences have always been 5-star. Jeff came today to diagnose my Carrier Split System and he was great. Professional and courteous. I need a part, so Jeff will get this part and return at a later date. Update to come... Update: As expected Geoffrey (Jeff) promptly returned, part in hand and repaired my unit under the estimate given to me. He and Tyler are just outstanding. They get Big Daddy’s 5-star+++++ rating. Note: While Jeff was here a friend was visiting and he told me of the problems he has had finding a reliable, competent, HVAC company. I assured him he won't go wrong with Tyler.

  Fred and Noah were very professional. They explained everything as the work progressed. They left everything nice and clean when they were finished for the day. I was expecting the same stressful experiences I’ve had with other projects but this went so smooth it truly was a joy. What a great experience from Donald who came out and did the estimate and explained about the equipment and warranty to Fred and Noah who did a great job on the installation. The installation is so neat. I am very happy with my new Central Air system

  I feel their technicians are good but lack training, the problem on my unit since installation has not been resolved, every fall when temp goes down the heat pump on my 2nd floor does not work, and they come and do some magic and it works, they have never been able to identify the actual problem, everytime it is new, a through check or investigation to solve the problem is missing , i love this company as they have some amazing people. I am little upset that my problem is not resolved yet.
