My 5 star rating is towards my technician, not the business. Chad is a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He fixed our AC and took the time to explain what he found was wrong and what he did to fix it.
FYI *the business overbooked and during the dangerous heatwave, we got called at almost 9pm and got bumped to another day. Our house was 92°.

Chad called me this morning to make sure that we would be home. He told me what time he would arrive and he arrived on time. He showed us the defective part and what a new one looked like.
He worked through pouring rain and checked the temperature before he left to make sure that the system was working. He was polite, answered our questions without a problem and he did a great job. We were very pleased with him.

George arrived early in the arranged time slot - He was friendly, polite, and interested in what I had to say. He checked the system -diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. I have to say that I would have to think long and hard to come up with a service call that was resolved so quickly. George is definitely an asset to the Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration LLC workforce. I am very pleased. Thank You!!!
Technician came out on Sunday and told me I needed a new fan and it would ordered Monday morning. By Tuesday the part still hadn’t been ordered because they were waiting for me to the order (which nobody told me). To make matters worse the two customer service reps I spoke to on Monday assured me that the part had been ordered already! After finally getting the part ordered, I was told it would be 5-7 business days to get the part then would have to be scheduled. I then called another HVAC company to see if they could fix my fan quicker. They diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and fixed my AC in 30 minutes. It was never a fan in the first place but rather my thermostat. Thank goodness I called a different company, otherwise I would have waited over a week for a part I didn’t even need.

Extremely disappointed with Tyler heating and air. We've used them for several years and noticed in the last year they were really slipping in terms of returning calls and responding to some problems. A few weeks ago, I knew I was having company for a weekend in June, ( 3 weeks later) and needed them to come out to fix the AC in a guest room outside our home. I confirmed that they were coming out Friday afternoon between a four hour period. I arranged my schedule to accommodate, booked patients around this time frame only to receive a call that they overbooked and would not be coming until that following Tuesday. So not only could I have seen more patients but it cost me a considerable amount of $ as I'm in private practice. I had to rearrange my guests accommodations elsewhere, impacting al my plans and hard work getting the room ready.. They then said they would come out that following Tuesday (after my guests left) but still with an abundance of caution, I verified the window of time given on that Tuesday. I also once again arranged my schedule based on their time frame. Well, sure enough they came an hour and a half late and I was in session BUT i gave strict instructions for my housekeeper to take them into the guest room that needed the AC repair. So they came and left and supposidley fixed the problem. Well, we went to turn on the AC on Wednesday and NOTHING WAS REPAIRED. I called and called--and no response!! no surprise as my husband had paid them in full. I am hoping no one else has to go through this. Please beware--- they are not reliable and they are also almost double of what their competition is.
