  I cannot say enough great things about SP Roofing! During a scary rainstorm, I discovered a leak in my roof and called Segundo in a panic. Within an hour of my call they were at my door. They quickly identified the problem and got it under control. A few days later, the crew returned to make a permanent fix. During that visit, they were thorough enough to uncover additional issues I hadn't even known about and took care of everything on the spot. Segundo walked me through every single step of the process, clearly explained each problem and exactly how he planned to fix it, and kept me in the loop the whole time by sending photos throughout the job. I never felt left in the dark for a single moment. What really stood out was Segundo and his team's kindness, thoroughness, expertise, and professionalism. They didn't just fix my roof, they gave me genuine peace of mind. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, especially in an emergency, look no further. Thank you Segundo and team!

  Do not bother calling anyone else. SP will not be the cheapest option you find, but they are fairly priced and for the quality and care provided, they are a bargain. After submitting a contact form regarding ice dams, Segundo called me quickly and even came by to assess that same day, which was a Sunday evening. He and ​his crew were on-site the next day. They were incredibly careful with the roof, clearing more snow than I expected with care to not damage the shingles or skylights. They went above and beyond by clearing the perimeter of the house, not just the walkways, where snow came off the roof. At this point, I would have been happy. But his crew still showed care and attention to detail by getting the ice off they could and putting roof safe salt where the dams were thick. They even returned a few days later to break up the remaining stubborn ice before the next storm. They went above and beyond and at no point tried to sell me anything, upcharge, or nickle and dime. They are hard-working, kind, and acted with urgency to protect my home from damage.

  I contacted S&P about snow removal from my roof from the last storm. They returned my call very quickly and came out in a half hour to provide an estimate. We agreed on price and within 1 hr the crew was here removing the snow. Excellent job. I would highly recommend recommend them and will use them again in the future.
