  Update - I'm now 4 months into this process and received the wrong size screens, which I flagged 5 days ago and have followed up four subsequent times to no avail. Supposedly the right screens are going to take ANOTHER 4 weeks. DO NOT go here - no one I speak to is able to take initiative and fix things. They haven't offered to cover any of their mistakes. I'm 1K down the drain with nothing to show for it. Horrendous customer service. Shaheed the sales rep placed an order 7 weeks ago for hardware and screens and I still have no idea how or when im getting it. He moved locations and did not notify me or hand me off to anyone. Now he has an auto reply that he’s out of office with the wrong dates on it and no cover person. I already paid too which seems very sketchy. When I called Stamford to try and resolve this the rep rushed me off the phone. Will not be returning here.

  I accidentally broke a single lower pane of a double-hung window (with the heel of my hand) after spotting a squirrel raiding my “squirrel-proof” bird feeder (before having my coffee) one morning). I called Windowrama at the suggestion of my landlord regarding repair or replacement. Dan, who answered my call, was incredible in helping me navigate my predicament. He went above and beyond expectation, providing excellent service and advice.
