  I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dan took the time to understand what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations on both the carpet and padding. The end result looks beautiful and feels wonderful underfoot. The installation crew was fantastic—professional, friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. They checked in with me throughout the installation, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and did an outstanding job. From start to finish, I felt like I was working with people who genuinely cared about getting it right. I highly recommend Dan and his team!

  Shopping at Classic Carpet & Rug was a pleasure. No pressure, just wonderful service with a smile from Jack, the owner. We had him order our chosen rug to create a custom stair runner and because of personal complications, we made him wait for weeks before installation. Each time I called, Jack said “No problem. Whenever you’re ready.” So today was installation day and Carlos arrived first thing. He was friendly, efficient and so careful to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. In under 3 hours, he had cut the carpet, mindful to match the pattern, and had the installation complete. We were thrilled. We told Carlos that we loved working with Jack. He told us he’s been with Jack for 35 years and would never work with anyone else. What a marvelous job and it looks gorgeous! We love it! Thank you to Jack for being so patient with us and Carlos for being so masterful and so careful. He cleaned up every little tuft of rug before leaving. It couldn’t have been more pleasant! One last detail. We had shopped around and Jack’s price was fabulous!!

  I used them to replace damaged hardwood floor with new vinyl plank flooring. Classic furnished quickly from a great selection, and performed installation. Great result!

  These guys are total pros. They make the whole experience seamless and easy. The installers they work with are terrific as well.

  I was very pleased with my experience with this shop. They gave us very good advice to choose new runners for our stairs, came home to measure and give a quote, and then the installation was very well done. High quality products and finishes.
