  We had three HVAC/AC Companies come out and provide quotes for a full home install with no pre-existing duct work/units. Air Solutions wasn't the cheapest quote we received but we moved forward with them for the following reasons. John Magro, with Air Solutions, was top notch. Very thorough in every aspect. Our home is a little wonky where central air wasn't a solution for the entire house. He was able to deliver a plan with a combo of mini-splits throughout our house/different areas and central air in the remaining. What was most impressive is John came back out with one of his PMs to make sure that what he told me could come to life. He wanted to be 100% sure that his proposal was going to work and there wouldn't be an issue once the installation process started. They went as far as drilling through one of our attack walls to make sure there was enough space in the adjoining room's ceiling to send duct work through. No other company went to that distance to ensure their plans/proposals would work. Even though their quote was about $10kish higher than the cheaper quote I didn't hesitate moving forward with Air Solutions. Another thing I was impressed by was the amount of drop cloths these guys have. They probably have more than a painting crew does! First day of installation work I was blown away at the amount of drop cloths they put down to protect our floors/stairs etc. They certainly didn't have to do it, but they did because their team is top notch. To the entire Air Solutions team that spent an entire week at our house THANK YOU!

  I recommend AirSolutions for any HVAC services that you may need. I’ve replaced my HVAC unit with another vendor and decided to give Air Solutions a try after some disappointing customer service and repeated issues. Rey, the technician on the job, was really considerate and talked through the steps of everything that he was troubleshooting to give me a better understanding of the issues and comfort that he had the professional knowledge to fix the issues. We realized that there was an issue with the circuit board within 10 minutes, which the other vendor wasn’t able to troubleshoot after multiple visits. Rey helped replace the circuit board and made sure everything was working before leaving with helpful recommendations on how to maintain the HVAC unit. Rey and the folks at AirSolutions left a great first impression and I will definitely continue my business with them going forward. Hope this review helps others looking for a good HVAC vendor in the area.

  A “first class” second opinion! We have had an ongoing problem with our 2.5 year old heat pump since January. Our regular HVAC contractor visited us several times but never was able to convince we that they were able to diagnose the issue. I called Air Solutions, upon the recommendation of my neighbors, for a second opinion. The technician, Rich, has visited us twice and has done an excellent job. He spent a lot of time with me explaining his plan to diagnose the issue and welcomed me to observe his work. After his most recent visit, we think the issue is a simple relay switch instead of a full system replacement, which is what my primary HVAC service company receommended. I am very pleased with Air Solutions.
