  Warren did all he can and spent a lot of time to try to fix, but ultimately needed a new part. Air Solutions expedited the part and hope the service this week resolves the issue.

  The technician came and did a diagnostic which was paid for. However, he tore up the water heater in the process of his investigation and waited for parts to come in. 2 weeks went by with ZERO communication and finally the part came in but it didn’t work. The technician gave up and said he’ll send someone else (by the way the tech was asking me to ask ChatGPT questions on his behalf… how knowledgeable!!). Ultimately, I went 3 weeks without hot water and used another HVAC service to replace the tank entirely. My new HVAC tech said the work that was left by Air Solutions was deplorable. Air Solutions has not left me alone because they want $$ for the part that didn’t work/nor was it the problem. Your poor technician skills and inability to diagnose are not my problem. The diagnostic was paid for. I will not pay for a part that is not in use! The continuous harassment, debt collector calls, and threatening to send people to my house is WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

  I wasted my money. It was a disgrace to steal peoples’ money that way. They charged me $159.00+tax just for the visit and diagnosis? The given diagnostic makes no sense, the leak may come from the roof. It has zero possibility, the roof is new and the spots were from before the roof was done. No leaks on the roof. I told the person a few times plus it doesn’t make sense from where the problem is to what he was saying. I need the ducts to be repair or change. The leak comes from the condensation provoked by the middle connection of the ducts to the main one. The ducts are damaged sort off. I wish I get my money back. This is not fair for customers. Never call this company!
