  Unreliable! My air conditioner condenser died recently. Because I previously had a good experience with Air Solutions (and rated them w/ 5 stars), I called them for help. It has been eight days since their agent was at my house, and I still haven't received a quote, in spite of following up with them. Moving on to a new company that is not too busy for their customers.
