Dear Scott, I am writing this letter to express my deepest, most heartfelt gratitude to you, your family, and the entire team at Aqua Pump. As a 100% permanent and total disabled combat veteran, my family and I recently hit an incredibly difficult wall when our well pump and pressure tank broke. Being without running water for nearly three months was a massive struggle, especially with four children to care for. My wife and I reached out to every government agency, municipality, and Veterans Service Organization we could find, but we were met with dead ends at every turn. We were completely out of options and running on desperation. When my wife finally contacted Aqua Pump, we never expected the vice president of the company to personally answer the call. You didn't just look at us as a business transaction; you took charge, stepped up when everyone else stepped back, and ensured my family got our water turned back on. Your incredible generosity and swift action have changed everything for us. Please extend our thanks to your family and every employee involved in making this happen. You all treated us with a level of respect and kindness that we will never forget. You didn't just fix a water system you lifted a massive burden off a veteran's family when they needed it most.   Since departure water is cloudy and I have bypassed the tank. I have 3 times passed 10 gallons of water through the tank to try and clear it up. Still milky.

  Amazing service this morning! We lost water overnight and needed a service call. I called at 6:30am and the pump was replaced by 11! First time using this team after seeing a commercial, grateful for the quick response and very professional, polite onsite team. Thank you!

  I had a two pipe jet pump that I air locked and couldn’t re-prime with no idea how old the system was nor where the well head lies. Jeff came out and tried everything to get it going. Scott’s team was able to come out the same day and install a new submerged pump system after finding the well was under our walkway. They did the best they could with causing minimal collateral damage, but it’ll have to be fixed anyways. I have water again, thanks for saving us!
