- KBKaren bouffardOct 20, 20265.0From the people that answer the phone to the people coming to your house, they are all very polite and friendly.
- GBGlenn BourniqueOct 18, 20265.0Nick, the Service Tech, came early Saturday morning after his 1st service call, changed out the blown capacitor, tested everything else, and pump still not working. Changed out dead pump, tested, and everything went back to normal operation. 3-3 1/2 hrs project done by himself,, little help from my son and I. Was very impressed with his knowledge, politeness, and work ethic.
- JSjustin santosOct 15, 20263.0My experience when I was able to get a tech to come to the house was great super knowledgeable and helpful. I work a fairly normal work schedule. They schedule based on windows of time this is really inconvenient. As a customer it’s really hard to get days off of work to wait for a technician to come to your home. So your customer needs to lose money at work to accommodate your teams schedule? Appointments should be made at the available time the customer is available obviously within reason. Otherwise the technicians are great.
- GOGene OlsonOct 5, 20265.0The young man was friendly and polite. Showed him the clogged whole house filter which he said he will take a look at the well system to see where the clogging is coming from. He flushed the system and looked at the well cover. He could not determine where the dirt is coming from. He told me he will bring this back to the office and talk to other experience tech about this.
