  I want to take a moment to share how impressed I am with Ductwork and, especially, the way the owner, Zak,handled our recent situation. Zak personally reached out to us to make sure the situation was corrected, and I truly appreciated the time and effort he put into making things right. It says a lot about a company when the owner is willing to step in personally, listen, and make sure their customers feel heard and valued. What could have easily been a negative experience turned into a very positive one because of how Zak handled it. In fact, I was so impressed with the way everything was resolved that I have already referred Ductwork to one of my coworkers who was looking for a reliable HVAC company. That’s how you build a great reputation in the community—by standing behind your company, taking care of your customers, and turning a difficult situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Zak, for going above and beyond. It is genuinely appreciated! I would absolutely recommend Ductwork to anyone looking for an HVAC company that truly cares about its customers.

  My HVAC boards were damaged and Zach came out to repair/replace them. He took care of the problem pretty quickly and could not have been more friendly and professional, a pleasure to have him work on the issue. He explained the problem in detail and couldn't be happier than the issue has been resolved.

  We’ve trusted Ductworks with our HVAC system for several years, and every experience has reinforced why we continue to call them. Their team is consistently responsive, punctual, professional, and transparent about both the work that needs to be done and the associated costs. We have always appreciated their honest recommendations and never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs or replacements. Today’s service call was another excellent experience. Zachary quickly diagnosed and repaired a leak in our unit, installed a trap to help monitor the system going forward, and took care of several routine maintenance items to keep everything running efficiently. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. Zach is an outstanding technician and a tremendous asset to the Ductworks team.   We had our annual A/C service appointment with Ductworks yesterday. Our technician was Zachary Paradis. He was EXCELLENT! He took the time to reconnect the system with the Ecobee app on my phone. Then he reset the blower speed so that the system was not as loud when it was running (which had been a concern of ours for a while). He also added more freon gas as that had dropped very low. He showed us all of the readings as he was testing everything and explained the ranges that were acceptable for blower speed so that tbe system had enough air flow and wouldn’t freeze up and other details that were helpful to understand. He did a great job. We are very pleased with Ductworks and highly recommend this business.

  Would give 0 stars if able to. They quoted us $30,000 to replaced the HVAC in our condo, supposedly checked everything and said it all needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion and found out the main thermostat needed to be replaced and the AC worked perfectly fine after that, and has had no issues since then (going on over a year). They appeared to not be trained well and will upsell every service they can. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
