He was honest and forward with minimums (adding the stairs and landing as it was more affordable then) and what should be used to be the safest for my toddler and dog. He did the work on a Saturday and Monday so that it would be completed when we returned from vacation! The outcome was amazing and he was able to match the stain to the rest of the house, which all the other guys told me was impossible. When I am ready to do the rest of the house, I will be calling him again!
