  Roberto and his crew did a super job sanding and staining the floors and stairs. Went from an orange red oak to dark walnut after a 4 stain sample. They turned out beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy. Christian, Juan (?) and Cathy were as nice and professional as can be. We highly recommend Dilley Floors.

  Dilley’s principals declined to return several phone calls and an e-mail regarding squeaking floor in one room wherein new wood was installed. The rest of the job went quite well. Clearly, they disappear if things do not go perfectly. Are they embarrassed or simply unprofessional and would rather ignore the situation than respond?

  I could write a novel on the experience that I had with Robert and Dilley floors but I'll just include what the consumer needs to know. I had two new floors installed and two rooms sanded. All four rooms were then finished the same stain. I saw the owner the day I got an estimate and the day I handed over the check. In between there were three to four guys who did not speak English. This made it very difficult to ask and answer questions. They worked fast which is nice but they did not seem to care about quality or detail. My house was a MESS when they were finished. They claim to be 'dustless' but I'm not sure how or why. There was dust everywhere. Oh they also caused a leak in my heating system while they were installing the floor under the baseboard heat. It was months before it was fixed and initially they wanted me to pay for it. When they were finished staining, the trim all over the house needed to be repainted because it had stain on it. To this day, I am finding little flaws in the job and I'm SO disappointed that I didn't go with my first choice. I only chose Robert because he was less expensive and I'll NEVER do that again. I'm sorry Robert but you need to be more attentive your jobs and make sure that the quality of your work is higher. I am not a satisfied customer.
