  Prices are too high and the customer service is very poor. When you call and they’re busy, they don’t politely ask you to wait or call back they just yell at you like you’re supposed to know their schedule. The receptionist, Maria, was completely unprofessional.

  If you want a headache and to be disrespected by a receptionist named Maria, then this is the right company to deal with. She will treat you like a child and yell at you for no reason. There was a delivery scheduled for oil that I was not aware of and I did not place an order for. At the time, there was snow on the grass where the oil tank is located. Maria called me and was yelling, saying they couldn’t deliver the oil because of the snow and that she had a business to run. I politely explained that I understood the situation and that I would clear the snow to make room for the delivery. I also told her there was no rush since I still had oil in the tank, and I wasn’t even aware that a delivery had been scheduled in the first place. About a week later, after the snow was cleared and there was no issue with access, I called again. Maria answered with the same attitude and said the oil would be delivered the next day. However, another week passed and I still did not receive the delivery. In total, I waited about 14 days, and over the weekend I completely ran out of oil. When I called again, the delivery driver said he would speak to Maria and get back to me since it was after hours, but I never heard back from anyone.I have been a customer for a long time and previously dealt with Sonia, who was always professional and helpful and always went above and beyond for customers. Unfortunately, since Maria took over, the service and attitude have been very disappointing. After more than two weeks, I spoke with Sonia and she finally made the delivery happen. However, at that point I had already decided that I did not want to deal with Maria anymore. I chose to switch to a different company that treats customers with respect. Maria should not be working in customer service if she does not know how to speak to people properly.

  The guy who came and brought oil on a same day order was a God send. We had a very rough experience with a competitor earlier this morning and they made the delivery quick and easy. $.40 cheaper/gallon than we were charged by the other company as well. Most importantly, the delivery driver was very kind and polite so they’ve got our business.
