- DEDaniel Jacobs - KT EquipmentSep 10, 20261.0Extremely Disappointing Business Experience I strongly recommend being very careful when doing business with Chadwick Baross. I agreed to purchase a machine after Bob Dufresne confirmed the price. After a final confirmation and a phone call with Robert Harrison, Sales Manager, I sent the full payment. I was specifically told that the machine would be ready and delivered within two days. Instead, I waited 15 days. During that time, I repeatedly tried to find a solution and even offered to arrange shipping directly from their customer’s yard at my own expense. After all of that time, I was finally told that they would simply refund my money because they had decided not to sell the machine. I was then told the machine was actually being used as a rental. What makes this even more frustrating is that the machine had been advertised with photos taken at their own yard, and the price had already been confirmed with me. If you confirm a price, accept full payment, and tell a customer the machine will be delivered in two days, you should honor the deal — not keep the customer's money and time for 15 days and then decide you don't want to sell it. This caused serious problems with my customer and made me lose valuable time and credibility over a deal that Chadwick Baross themselves had already confirmed. Very unprofessional handling of a confirmed sale. I would not do business with them again.

- CGConor GayMar 19, 20211.0Bought a lawn mower here. Have left over 3 voicemails and messages for parts department so I can order oil filters that they fail to have in stock and have not gotten a call back. Terrible customer service.
- KKKelly KaczMay 14, 20175.0WALTER FROM VERNON POOLMAN - Along with being very conveniently located, I have found Kaz Equipment very easy to do business with. We have bought one track skid steer, along with attachments. The whole crew is very friendly and easily accessible. When we consider purchasing another machine/attachmemt, they will be at the top of my list.
