  We had a great experience with Action Carpet installing our stair runner today. Everything was completed exactly as expected — on time and on budget. They were also very accommodating with our tight schedule, which we really appreciated. The installation crew was friendly, professional, and worked quickly while still doing excellent work. The runner looks beautiful, and we’re very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend Action Carpet to others.

  We are so glad we hired Action Carpet to install our luxury vinyl flooring. The price was very reasonable for such a great looking product. The installation team were fantastic, worked really hard for 2 days and cleaned up everywhere. Action Carpet personnel were helpful and informative. Would highly recommend Action Carpet & Floor Covering for any home project you are contemplating.

  Great company to work with. Our hardwood floors needed some love, and we weren't sure if we wanted to refinish them or switch to tile. Stephen came out and went over all my options with me. We decided to refinish the floors, and they came out fantastic. We also had a tight window we needed to fit the job in, and Stephen coordinated that masterfully. Very pleased with the quality and service!

  I was pleased that Action Carpet & Floor Covering could refinish 2 bedroom oak floor and install vinyl flooring in my master bathroom. They were on time with scheduling and all floors came out beautiful. I would definitely recommend them for all your flooring needs.

  Amazing experience using action carpet. I found them through a Google search after doing some YouTube research on if my torn carpet could be fixed. According to YouTube it would require a sample taken from a closet to repair the damage and a professional could make this look seamless. I reached out to action via their website and corresponded with Jake over email about my needs. He was great about emailing responses and allowing me to schedule an appointment all via email which is always so helpful because I’m often working so otherwise would have to call after business hours- which obviously turns into phone tag. They sent an amazing repair technician, Francisco, who made the job look easy. He was also so friendly - we got to chatting about Chelsea football because he saw my jersey hanging. Just a great experience overall. It’s not often a chore can feel like a friendly encounter with a neighbor, but this did. The work was impeccable and the service was above and beyond. The price also was very reasonable. I’m genuinely going to be reaching back out when I want my carpets cleaned because I know they provide that service too.
