He scheduled a next-morning water heater replacement for nearly $1,000 less than my old company quoted. Mike Jr. and his 'apprentice' arrived right on time, completing the job quickly and cleanly. All three gentlemen were friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Al's Plumbing has earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend them!

They responded quickly after I called and had the new toilet installed and old one hauled away in under an hour. The entire process was efficient and professional. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. His apprentice, Leif, was also great. They both took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and made sure everything was installed properly. After the installation, they even came back out promptly to add additional shims and tighten the bolts to make sure the toilet was perfectly secure. That level of follow-up and attention to detail really stood out. I will definitely be using Al’s Plumbing again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to friends and family in the Shelton area.
