- TBTerri Barry1 day ago5.0What a great experience we had with Al! He came to our home to replace our garbage disposal, brought a new unit with him, and installed it quickly and professionally. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything. In addition, he helped diagnose why the electricity wasn't working under the sink and replaced the electrical outlet, resolving the issue completely. We highly recommend Al and this plumbing company. They are knowledgeable, honest, professional, and provide outstanding customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

When the snake wasnt doing the job they pulled out the jetter and camera! Cleaned up their mess (which was really mine from the sewer back up). Very sanitary company, and I think that’s important in their line of work! Great guys over there very friendly and informative!

In our experience, one of the owners threatened to contact Building Services in an effort to pressure us into paying an invoice for work we believe was not completed. Their team came to inspect the building but refused to enter the premises because they said it was too hot, and the situation was handled very unprofessionally. They also wanted to break down walls, refused to cooperate with us, and made what turned out to be a minor leak seem like a much larger issue. The leak was restored the following week by an experienced plumber in about one hour. Based on our experience, this company was extremely difficult to deal with, and I would not recommend them.
