  Great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep Luke was great. He made the process simple. Turnaround was very fast. We had our 12x18 shed built in about 8 hours. Installers were professional.

  Absolutely horrible customer experience. They took my entire payment in full, booked out the installation for months later, confirmed with me twice leading to the install date (which I took a day off for) and then cancelled with me on the actual install date, well after the time they were supposed to arrive, due to "weather". No rain. Skies were clear. No empathy from the customer service rep. Claimed "company policy" had their hands tied, so it was basically my problem to deal with. Said management will call me back. I asked what's the "company policy" on the call back. She said she didn't know, maybe 48 hours later. Don't bother giving your money to this company. After you pay them, they won't care about you.

  Great Shed !!!! The install crew were very clean, on time , and answered every question I had .I'm very happy with my shed.
