I first have to say that there is not enough room here to write all the positives that I'd like to say, especially when I'd like to give 10 stars. It all started with the best feeling that I had when I initially began looking for help to replace my roof. I kept being drawn back to Klaus Larsen's website. I had the best feeling about them from the beginning. From the time I talked with the office and the ladies there, ever so helpful, until the day that Tom came to look at my roof, I knew I would make the right decision. Not only was their quote the best but the whole job was perfect from beginning to end. The BEST crew you could ever want, from having to deal with one of the hottest days of the season, non stop until the job was complete, even to the clean up not leaving one bit of debris in the ground! I wish I could remember all the names so I could say thank you to each and every one. Maybe Tom, Mike, Mike, Louis, and especially Seth could pass on my thanks to one and ALL. With best regards, Toni Mancuso Smith (It could have been that smile!)

Klaus Larsen is very dishonest contractor, he cheated us out of 2500 $. The roof was leaking, my husband was recovering from 11 hours of surgery for cancer and we believed in good reviews for Klaus Larsen. We were desperate, he took the advantage of our misfortune i charged us for 2 skylight windows 3000 $ , the same windows retail at Home Depot 250 $ each!!! What thief!!! He wrote the contract in general and he did not itemized each charge. BE CAREFUL !!! KLAUS LARSEN IS THE THIEF!!! THIEF!!! THIEF!!!

Klaus Larsen is an outstanding company through and through. Klaus is unlike any other contractor in CT. Very knowledgable and experienced people on his crew. They also offer a lifetime warranty, which is worth the job alone. Highly recommend for replacing your roof!
