  I recently had my roof replaced by United Roofing and Home Solutions following damage caused by a windstorm, and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire process. From the initial inspection through the completion of the new roof, their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. They were especially helpful in handling the insurance claim process. They provided detailed photographs of the storm damage and utilized professional software to clearly document the condition of the roof and the necessary repairs. The quality and organization of this documentation made it easy for the insurance company to review the damage and helped the claim process move smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. The finished roof looks excellent, and I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. I would highly recommend United Roofing and Home Solutions to anyone in need of a roof replacement, particularly those dealing with storm damage and an insurance claim.
