  Do not hire this lying thief. I paid $37k of a $93k job to this liar! He did not pull permits and l received citations and a cease and desist. Since 7/6 barely nothing is done! His workers stole from my property. He gave away a panel that belongs to another contractor. I got sued for it. I had to beg him to return it. He let them pile debris on my new deck scratching it up. I had to pay $1200 to clean his mess. He seen the trash with his own eyes but demanded l send him pics. There r radiators all over my yard from when unlicensed workers removed them and left them. There is still trash on my front porch. He hired random people that can’t speak English. You have to use ur phone to translate. I guess they did not understand when l said not to remove my belongings. He changed my password on my lockbox and didn’t give it to me until l asked. He did electrical work, HVAC and demolition without a permit and improperly. We had to meet with the city to go over all he did wrong! I have never been so embarrassed. He thinks he should be paid for incomplete work. Nothing is complete! He says workers are coming and nothing for weeks. Pictures are coming!!!!! He will just change his business name again after this post!

  They did two bathrooms of mine. Very polite amd professional. Easy to work with. Amazing work. Could not be happier. Highly recommend.

  I have had the privilege of working with Victor at Cechinel Design. First he is a nice guy and easy to work with. Does exceptional work and is very responsive. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone needing any sort of remodeling or construction work on their home. His attention to detail is unmatched!
