  My roof needed to be replaced or repaired and I had gotten quotes from several roofing contractors with a wide variety of prices. The cost is not the only factor affecting my decision but also the quality of the product and service they provide and reputation of the company. I had gotten quotes from several roofing contractors and making a decision was very painful. However, I did narrow it down to one company. And speaking with a close cousin of mine told me that he had just had his roof replaced and the company that he used was BNF contractors from New Britain. He explained how they did a fabulous job on his home. Completed the Roofing project within One day and did a follow up job to ensure that the the work that they did was in fact holding up through bad weather, snow, rain, etc. needless to say I was impressed and asked him for their phone number. Upon contacting BNF, they were quick to come over and to give me a quote went over the problems that were. I was having with my roof. In addition there was a leak in the sunroom, which they immediately determined was coming from the roof. I decided against going with the other ROOFING COMPANY because BNF also specialized in doing general home repairs remodeling work. BNF replaced my roof on my home On May 20 and we’re done in one day to my amazement they came at seven AM the morning and we’re done by 5 o’clock in the afternoon. The crew was thorough organized and did a complete cleanup of any debris took a ton of pictures that showed the progress of the project. Needless to say I was very impressed. I also contracted them to repair the leak in my sunroom and upon opening up the wall, the entire quarter wall had to be replaced because the water had leaked into the framework. They removed the siding, the window replaced the trim around the window and door and painted the wall with the paint I had left over to match the rest of the room. They did an amazing job. I hired them to do additional work needed my chimney needed to be Repointed and the lining needed to be replaced. I also had them install handrails in the front and back of my home and inside the stairs to the garage which I’ve wanted to do for years. Safety of course is an issue when you get older and I had lived in this house for 26 years and needless to say I was very very pleased with BNF. I even had them paint my front door, replace a door knob and polyurethane the inside of the door my goodness I can’t tell you how pleased I was with the work, efficiency and cleanliness of the crew how they were on time picked up after themselves and did an amazing job I would recommend BNF to whomever is in need of a roof repair or any general contracting or major remodeling job. They are the best they guarantee their work and stand behind the quality of the job. I recommend them highly. Hire them!

  We had our new roof replaced by BNF construction in October and I highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were flawless and that’s unheard of today. They were professional, transparent, efficient and our fuel bill this winter was lowered another bonus !!! Thank you BNF for a great experience and outcome.

  Couldn’t express how happy and satisfied I was working with BNF to take care of my old roof. Ricky was extremely personable, honest, and straight forward from the get-go. He kept every promise he made and made sure everything was going 110% throughout the process. It was like working with an old friend. Upon further inspections, we got to meet Brandon who was just as great and knowledgeable. Proud small business who really take pride in their incredible work. Whether you’re going through insurance or on your own they work with you every step of the way making a large scary decision, an easy and right move for your biggest investment. The team that worked on the roof were also great, very informative throughout the process, and cleaned up well. We had terrible ventilation, and a lot of trapped humid air that is no longer a problem. The house consistently feels much cooler. Altogether, if you’re thinking of getting a new roof BNF is the only way to go. Thank you guys again!

  Just had our roof replaced here in New Fairfield. The roof had sustained some windstorm damage, and we were having some leak issues from this. As I did not have any contacts or recommendations, I went on a search online, and this company popped up more than once, with excellent reviews. Taylor Tobias came by, on a weekend, as that was the only day I was home, surveyed the roof the same day, and promised to be back at my next available window, and would have a timetable and quote ready. He stayed on schedule, no chasing down or a dozen phone calls, had quotes, samples of the materials, extras that I had inquired about (skylight replacement/ cost, flat roof replacement etc.) all itemized and quoted. It seemed too easy to be true. I am more than delighted with the results. BNF were here on time, were polite and efficient, and kept me up to date with the progress throughout the project. Taylor handled permits, dumpsters, and sent photos to assure me throughout. Quite frankly, if youre looking for a professional construction company that value workmanship and customer service, you have found them. Ed McKenna

  Replaced our roof AND did some custom fence replacement for us! Looks great! Crew was fast, clean, and kept us up to date through the whole project. Jeremy, the crew lead for our roof, was especially amazing!
