  Owner (Mark) came out same day, before noon, as my call in. He fixed what needed fixing, without a hard sell for what may be due to replace. He prepared me for what may come, once certain appliances reach a certain age, but kept me running with what I have.

  The woman on the phone is very nice and I got an appointment quickly. The salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. However, he was late for my appointment without calling or texting me to let me know he was running late. I had to call the office to confirm that he was still coming. He emailed my quotes on time, but the prices I got were a couple of thousand dollars higher than the average rate for those boilers and service.

  Great experience. Giovanni was very patient with answering all my questions. He was also very accommodating when I requested a change to another style of thermostat. After seeing all the great reviews written about this company, I hired them to installed a new AC system, which turned out to be a positive experience from beginning to end.

  I had a new Heat pump system installed recently by Onofreo Comfort Systems, replacing my existing air conditioning unit. The whole experience was 100% outstanding, from the initial visit and quotation by Tom Haggerty, to the preinstallation review by Andy, to the final installation by the crew of Frank, Eric and Danny. The whole process was seamless, the crew paid extreme attention to detail, were professional, courteous and left the place spotless. The owner Mark even came out and did the final inspection. What more can a customer ask for. I've dealt with other HVAC companies in the past, these guys are the best-no comparison.

  Giovani competently and fairly quickly conducted our annual A/C system check up. We are very pleased with employing local AC / Heating System service provider Onofreo Home Comfort Systems. Owner Mark Onofreo responded earlier this year at our request to review our 9-yr old AC system after our previous service provider proposed a $5-$6K repair or a $15K replacement system was recommended. A simple recharge with tracer and sealant were employed and our system has been trouble free since. 5-Star and choose to use local providers.
