We had a wonderful experience with New England Performance Insulation. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job installing closed-cell spray foam under our deck and on the basement joists. The work was neat, thorough, and professionally done. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend them! Donna Hines

I reached out to N.E. Performance Insulation when I discovered that I had 9 offices in my building that did not have insulation in the exterior walls above and below the windows. Carol in the office promptly scheduled a representative to come onsite and look at the offices. He provided me a quote in a few days which was very competitive with the other quotes that I received. They were very easy to work with through my company's contract process. Once the contract was in place, we coordinated with my tenant and got the office insulated with blown-in insulation in two Saturdays. They were minimally intrusive and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their workers were very easy to work with and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with New England Performance Insulation. From our first conversation, Carol was wonderful to work with and was always available to answer our questions and help with scheduling. Vernon came to our home and took the time to really understand our crawlspace and explain our options. He recommended the best approach for our particular space, especially given its size and layout, and answered all of our questions along the way. His knowledge and honest recommendations gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward with the company. The crew arrived early, worked hard, and did a fantastic job. They kept us updated throughout the process. Once the work was finished, they sent us pictures and videos of the completed crawlspace, which was really appreciated. Joana and Carol were also very friendly and helpful when everything was wrapped up. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant. We’re very pleased with the results and would highly recommend New England Performance Insulation to anyone looking to have their crawlspace done.

I appreciated a business that does what it says it will. A team showed up on time on the designated day and completed the work in the estimated time. When there was something to be fixed, it was done at 8:00am the following day. The workers were so polite and accommodating. NEPI was recommended by my neighbor. I would like to pass that along.
