- RPRobert PapenguthOct 6, 20265.0Laundered our rugs beautifully. It's not cheap but they do a great job. The guys brought our big rug back and helped place it (moved a bed and cut our new under-pad to size). Good experience, will use them again.
- MVMargaret VictoriaSep 11, 20265.0Our carpet had a "spa day" after 14 years of being on our living room floor thanks to Kaoud. It came back ready for more years of service.
- NBNermina BukaloAug 23, 20265.0Excellent service. I was looking for a living room rug but couldn't find the perfect fit. A week later I was called to look at the rugs that were brought for me from West Hartford and among those I found my perfect fit. on the top of it I was able to trade my previous Persian rug to offset the price. Great service. Very professional and tailoring service to every customer's needs.
- CFCindy FoyAug 18, 20265.0Irina is very knowledgeable about the rugs right down to the finite details. Helped me make the right decision with a Dash and Albert rug.
- JHJean HeermanceAug 15, 20265.0Kaoud Rugs did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my two Persian rugs. I am very grateful.
