  Expensive but an excellent cleaning job on our wool rug that is 20 yrs old. It is softer, more fluffy with brighter colors - like new.

  We had a 5 star experience with Kaoud Rugs. Our old oriental carpets were in dire need of cleaning and repair. Some of the fringes were gone and parts of one carpet was unraveling. With care, expertise, and professionalism, the technicians repaired and cleaned the carpets so that they looked like new. Mr. Wilbur is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. The assistants were also very careful when removing and replacing the carpets. If we ever need anything done to our carpets in the future, we won't hesitate to go back to Kaoud Rugs.

  We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Kaoud Rugs. We went into the Manchester store and had the pleasure of working with SE. He was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful! He worked with us for quite some time to ensure we found rugs that were not only beautiful but high quality and that fit in our price range. It was both an education and thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience. The selection and price ranges were immense, and although we walked in with something in mind we purchased 6 rugs that were very different than we envisioned and we could not be happier. We had some rugs delivered and we also picked some up in store, the delivery was prompt and top notch as was the pick up. Everyone we encountered at Kaoud was so courteous, professional and helpful. We will definitely be back!

  Kaoud Rugs did a wonderful job of cleaning and restoring my oriental rug. Irina is very knowledgable and responsive and the whole experience was seamless from pickup to delivery.
