- LBLynn BrodersAug 1, 20265.0I would rate our experience with IMAGE a 10 if that was an option. We visited their showroom based on other glowing reviews. We were warmly greeted by Brian. He took the time to educate us on IMAGE's fabrication offerings, as well as their stone suppliers and locations. We told him our interested colors and stone preference (granite). From the start Brian was extremely responsive and informative, including quickly sending us pics of granite matching our color preferences. Fast forward post granite selection: our slab was sent to their facility within the same week. A couple of days later we met w Brian to decide how we wanted the slab cut into island, countertop, coffee bar and small desktop sections. I was super impressed by this process... Our slab was on a table in their shop, and Brian already had a picture of it on a large computer screen. He expertly CAD 'cut' the 4 sections based on dimensions we had previously supplied, and quickly rearranged them so we could see alternatives. He emailed us the finished plan. The highly important measuring process was equally impressive. Adrian and an assistant used a laser level attached to a laptop to record laser precision measurements. The 4 pieces were meticulously installed, siliconed and cleaned 6 days later. They all fit perfectly! Each crew member expertly and quickly carried out their part. Our dated kitchen was beautifully 'transformed' into a modern kitchen within 2 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Their pricing was very competitive, their customer service was top notch, and their performance outstanding.

He pointed us in the right direction. Was learning what type of project we were doing. Allowed us time and also was kind enough to pull out slab so we could see them in full light. They're installing team did a beautiful job then they got it done on time! They will always be our go-to countertop place.
