  Unfortunately, I needed some plumbing repairs at my house. Not knowing any plumbers and faced with a long list of choices, I decided to go with Drain Wizard, a local Hamden business. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Rob is not only a fantastic plumber but an even better person. He was reliable, professional, and always kept the work area clean. The quality of his work and attention to detail were outstanding. I can’t say enough about Rob’s professionalism and the excellent service I received. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable plumber, I highly recommend Drain Wizard.

  I had a fantastic experience with Drain Wizard Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable and were thoughtful in the steps they took to solve my drain clog problem. It was really helpful that they explained everything they were doing along the way. They were also super friendly and engaging while maintaining professionalism. I will definitely be contacting them for any projects or problems I have in the future!

  I had excellent service with Drain Wizard today. I looked at a few companies the past few weeks for a plumbing issue (toilet repair) and they were the only company that was responsive to my needs. They came during the timeframe given, figured out the issue and explained what was exactly going on in a way I could understand, and was given a good price for the repair. I will recommend them to anyone!!

  Outstanding service from Rob and James!! Repaired or replaced all shower fixtures including tub drain pipe and "frozen" drain stopper. Work was completed quickly and professionally. They are a pleasure to work with - including wonderful senses of humor. They made my day!
