I cannot give Jason and his company; Small Town Septic enough Stars for their professional service, their honesty, their efficiency and their compassion and empathy. I bought a house eight months ago and as a single mom with my children and trying to take care of My Mother as well found myself in a very tight situation with my septic system. After making multiple calls to find out what the problem was or who could fix it for me, I finally was put in touch with Small Town Septic and the owner; Jason Lechance. Jason came out and assessed the issue and took care of what he could and then went another step and the following day sent over Josh from RAD Excavating to fix another issue with the pump in the septic tank! He did this for me and my family out of the kindness of his heart. They certainly have shown me that there are still good, honest people in this world, and they are angels on this earth. Just like my brother is my angel in heaven. I was extremely stressed out because we are having a celebration of life for my brother who had passed away in December very unexpectedly and tragically, and this stress on top of the stress of planning that and on top of grieving was almost unbearable. Jason is amazing and I would recommend him and his company 1 million times over. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Jason and Small Town Septic!!!!!!!

We had a great experience working with Jason and Small Town Septic, and I’d absolutely recommend them if you need any septic work done. We had to do a full leach field install on a tight closing timeline, and Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. He answered all our questions, helped us understand the process, and was super patient and flexible throughout, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
His crew showed up on time, got right to work, and followed through on exactly what they said they’d do. Honestly, that kind of reliability is hard to find. We’d spoken with a few other companies before finding Jason, and those experiences were frustrating to the point of being maddening. Working with his team felt like a total breath of fresh air in comparison.
And they were also more affordable than the other quotes we received. Great service, fair pricing, and just an all-around solid experience.

This is an honest guy. I would recommend this guy and will use him myself in the future. I purchased a house and during the inspection we were told some things needed to be fixed. After getting some quotes on the repairs necessary Small Town Septic had the best price by over $100. We Jason came out it turned out our septic was fine and the septic firm that did our inspection was recommending repairs that were not necessary at all. Jason did the assessment at no charge. Stand up guy!! I cant say the same for the other idiots that did our inspection.
