  Matt and team finished my basement and the did an excellent job. Communication throughout the entire process was key and not only did everything look amazing but inspections came out top tier as well. I will forever recommend Properties Done Right. Not only were they done in a timely manner but everything looked incredible and just like I imagined. I cannot wait to use them in the future for other plans I have in mind.

  We contracted Properties Done Right twice for exterior remodeling projects on our home following a recommendation from a friend who hired them to build an addition to their home. The quality of their work was topnotch and hired them from seeing their work firsthand. Matt is an honest man. Both quotes were in the lower range than the other quotes we received. In the end, he did what he said he'd do, issues were communicated promptly with no BS or surprise charges at the end. His crew was professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We highly recommend Properties Done Right to anyone looking for a building contractor.

  Reached out to this company because I was tearing down my back deck. The owner was spot on with his suggestion of a 20 foot rolloff. He was timely and very responsive to my texts. He was able to drop the dumpster exactly where I wanted it, without damaging any of my property. Owner was very kind, respectful, and professional. I would absolutely use his services again and would recommend 10/10.

He's professional, communicative, and detail-oriented from start to finish. It's rare to find a contractor who does exactly what he says he's going to do, and with great quality. We highly recommend Matt and his team. Yes, we would hire Properties Done Right over and over again.

  These guys are great! Excellent communication and understand of how we wanted our completed project to look. They clearly communicated and explained any obstacles that were encountered while remodeling our shower. Couldn’t ask for a better smoother project with this team. We have other projects planned for this team. Would absolutely recommend as they exceeded our expectations.
