  We were very happy with Joe, Justin, and Tim from Benedetto Heating and A/C. I felt comfortable having them in the house during installation. They worked hard, got the job done, and left things neat and tidy.

  Benedetto just installed minisplits with ceiling cassettes in our beach cottage. We could not recommend them more highly! Beginning with their initial evaluation, we were impressed by the depth of their knowledge and expertise-- there was no comparison between them and the other companies we sought proposals from. Then, communication from that point to the installation (scheduling, our follow-up questions, etc) was great. And the team that did the installation, Justin, Tim, and RAF were amazing. They were highly skilled and held themselves to the highest professional standards. Our cottage is almost 100 years old and the ceilings are made of old "beach cottage" material, not plaster. As a result, they are not exactly straight or even :). After doing the initial installation work, the team spent a great deal of time working slowly and carefully to get the "cover plates" of the cassettes to be as flush as possible with the ceiling without causing the ceiling to crack. The result was amazing! And of course, the new AC feels great!

  We had a great experience with Joe, Justin and the entire Benedettos team. We just had ac mini splits installed . They were professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the best options for our house . They worked quickly during a heat wave to get us up and running. They followed up to be sure things were working well. We highly recommend them as it has been a positive experience from the initial consult through completion.
