  We knew when we met Joe for our initial quote, that this is the company we would go with (no 2nd quote needed for us!). Joe is personable, knowledgeable, and most important, he listened to us! We were very impressed with our dedicated, hard working installation team of Clayton, Enea, and Raf! They explained the process and stayed engaged with us throughout the install to make sure they were meeting our expectations. We really appreciated that they let my husband have a say in where things went and that they utilized his drain design idea. We appreciated that the team cleaned up after themselves (I mean really clean!). Can't leave out the office staff, you may be behind the scenes, but such a vital part of the business! Thank you for your friendliness and knowledge when we call, and help with the loan process. I feel like I am talking to a friend when I call! Benedetto Heating & AC exceeded our expectations, I can honestly say we have never had a better service experience! Many thanks to the Benedetto team!

  Joe was recommended by a life long friend in the plumbing business. Joe helped me out and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on the subject of heating and cooling. Working with Addie and Nancy in the office has been great. They have treated me like a friend the whole time. I've since hired him to do some repairs on my heating system and his technician Logan was great, he was knowledgeable he was polite, and it kinda warms my heart to see the younger guys getting into the mechanical trades. I'm sure Joe is an excellent teacher but he also seems to have very competent employees. I would definitely recommend Benedetto's heating and cooling if you want true experts and honest people to explain things and get you back up and running. They every time we're very clean and respectful of my property and went out of their way to not even track any dirt in the house (not needed for me) but they have this as standard practice. I am very impressed.

  This team is amazing! We have a challenging space for heating and cooling with roof-line challenges and areas with no attic space, and really shallow attic space where we do have it. Joe and his team did really thoughtful planning to replace our AC system. Joe and Justin looked at the whole picture of our home, including accounting for future renovation plans, they accounted for the ways we use the space. Judie in the office was communicative about start times, knowledgeable about EnergizeCT programs, and helpful in making sure we had all of the administrative pieces taken care of. When it came to installation, Justin, Raf, Logan, Cam, and Tim were wonderful! We knew when they were arriving, what their plan for the day was, and when they would be back. They were respectful of our belongings and home, and had protective covers for their boots and left areas they were working on clean at the end of the day. The team always paused to check-in with us before making any decisions that would affect the esthetics of our home, and anywhere lines had to be run they did their best to keep it tidy and made sure to minimize the impact. They coordinated with the electrical team to make best use of their time. On the back end of things Judie has made sure that warranties and rebates were taken care of. We had some technical issues with 2 of the units that went in, thats an issue on the manufacture's side not the install, They sent techs out quickly to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, and as with all the staff we have encountered Shawn and Chuck were wonderful! This is one of the best contractor experiences I have had, truly white-glove service, you will not be disappointed!
