  Called Benedetto on Monday, our A/C wasn’t working and they came out on Tuesday, and we are a new customer to them! Shawn assessed the situation and got us up and running quickly, and will be back to finish up soon. I sure am glad I called them, they all are such nice people and professional .

  When the heat pump went out in midwinter we called our propane supplier. They sent crews out four or five times and then gave up, telling us the heat pump was shot. So we depended on the propane fired back up system for months. Finally we called Benedetto, which sent two guys who quickly identified wiring installed backwards. They fixed it Tested everything to be sure and were on their way after 90 minutes, with the house now ready for AC season.
