- AKAliy KatApr 24, 20261.0I bought a house which the previous owners tried to sell with a broken Septic system. I did not choose this company they did. We ended up paying them because the previous owners did not. My first red flag should’ve been how they were a month late and starting and didn’t even give me a call to let me know. They had to redo the leeching field because it was done wrong and the ground was sinking in. They did not redo the grass as promised so I just have gravel and dirt on approx a quarter of my backyard from where they dug it up to redo. Not even a year and a half after they did the Septic system it failed and backed up into the house & the alarm in the basement never went off. The green light is still on this day. It failed as someone did not put tie downs on the cords which choked the system. I have pictures. I’m not gonna show it’s disgusting. How will I ever know if the alarm works as it never went off & stayed green. Drain his experts refused to talk to me on the phone or set foot on my property That is very bad business. Immature and unprofessional. It was their mistake on more than one aspect. I say this this to choose wisely. This is your home & your tens of thousands of dollars. You have a choice. Neither of the owners would even speak to me on the phone that speaks to professionalism and maturity of business owners, let alone grown-ups.
