From start to finish, Alfredo and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. Alfredo was easy to communicate with and kept me updated each day on when his crew would arrive and when they had finished. The house was prepped and cleaned meticulously, and the entire process was handled with such care and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with the results! I would highly recommend Pillar Wood Floors and Remodeling to anyone looking to have their floors refinished. Five stars all around!

The crew was amazing. They worked very hard to complete the job in just four days. The result is that I have beautiful wood floors in my rooms that I could not be happier with. Alfredo was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had.. I would recommend Pillar Floors to both family, friends and anyone else looking to install hard wood floors..
- HJheather joelsonJul 25, 20265.0Alfredo & his crew are TOP NOTCH!! We hired Alfredo to install hardwoods & baseboards in 4 bedrooms that had 26 yr old carpeting. After a terrible outcome with KHF hired through a contractor for our 2024 renovation I was VERY reluctant to trust someone again. Alfredo successfully matched the new hardwoods perfectly to the previous job’s stain and they are GORGEOUS! Alfredo discovered dampness in the subfloor due to a bathroom leak & paused the job until it could dry out (not desirable to him as has to juggle his schedule/crew) but it was the right call to make. From communicating daily arrival/departure/job status updates, to handling our furniture with great care, to clean up, to not asking for final payment until he knew I was happy with the job (something our previous contractor should take note of), to fixing minor wall damage from plastic sheeting hanging (& hired a painting professional to do so!) I am happy to recommend Pillar Wood Floors. We plan to hire them again to repair the botched first floor job from KHF & we have high-end appliances they’ll have to work around but Alfredo has earned my trust to do so.
