This company, Viglione, did not pull permits for two of the jobs they did in our home. It was not until a third party identified an issue and said that they could not believe that this had passed the towns inspection. We told them it was never inspected. After multiple attempts to get Viglione to fix the problems they have forced our hand and now we have filed a complaint with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. You now have to question what other homeowners they have done this to. Customers who do not realize that their work has to be permitted. Homeowners insurance companies most likely will deny your claim if something goes wrong with their installed equipment.

The install of our ac replacement was very neat & professional. The only issue was the installers forgot to connect the exhaust pump which caused water to leak on the floor. Luckily our son noticed the problem & was able to attach it before it flooded the basement.
