He was initially able to schedule me first thing the following morning knowing I had to leave for work by 9 AM. He then called me two hours later and said I have a guy that can come to you today, it was 630 at night, the same day I called. Ricky came in ,assess the problem, snaked out my drain leak and checked it thoroughly. He was done in 25 minutes and job completed. I would recommend them highly. TY
